27th Annual SAP RUN
& Pancake Breakfast

Saturday, April 4, 2020, 9:00 a.m

Meet at Kennedy Heights Presbyterian Church Parking Lot

This is the 27th annual Sap Run in Kennedy Heights! Kick off race season with a challenging course that rewards you with a full, hot breakfast—including all the pancakes you can eat.

The course is no easy walk in the park—the Kennedy Heights neighborhood is built on hills, and our run will challenge any runner or cyclist. Getting ready for the Flying Pig Marathon? Come test your hill endurance on this course.

Though a hilly course, the race itself is relaxed, only as competitive as you want it to be! Run the route more than once to challenge yourself to a 10K or 15K. Kids and families can ride the course on their bikes, too.

The race starts and ends at Kennedy Heights Presbyterian Church, 6312 Kennedy Ave, Cincinnati. You do not have to run to enjoy breakfast—just a $10 donation gets you all the sappy syrup you can summon.

Volunteers are needed to put up route signs in advance, check-in registrants, direct traffic during the race, cook breakfast, and clean up.

The Sap Run is an annual event held each spring. That's when KHers & friends emerge from hibernation and work out the winter kinks. Sappers can run bike or walk or walk the non-competitive 5k course in the Kennedy Heights neighborhood, and as an added bonus, there's a fabulous breakfast awaiting everyone at the finish line.

This family friendly event is one of Kennedy Heights primary fund raisers and an opportunity for residents to gather and socialize. In fact, many folks have made a tradition of joining us just for the community Breakfast (and skipping the sweating part!)

So everyone take part in this unique community event! It's a great way to shake the cabin fever and get together with your neighbors... all for a great cause!

Special Reminder!
